01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DiceTechnosoft website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
02 Services
DiceTechnosoft provides software development, consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
03 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems required for project execution.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide all materials and content shared with us for project development.
04 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and deliverables become the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
DiceTechnosoft retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
05 Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit with milestone-based payments thereafter.
Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of ongoing work until payment is received.
06 Limitation of Liability
DiceTechnosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
07 Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are payable in full.
