Sales & Business Development Associate Intern (Remote / Work From Home)
Dice Technosoft is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Business Development Associate Intern to support our business growth and client acquisition activities.
In this role, you will identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach through multiple channels, understand prospective clients' business requirements, and introduce them to relevant Dice Technosoft services.
You will work closely with the team on lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, CRM management, sales coordination, market research, and business development strategies. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real client interactions and the complete B2B/B2C sales process in the technology and digital services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B and B2C clients
- Generate, qualify, and nurture new business leads
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels
- Communicate with prospects and understand their business requirements
- Present relevant Dice Technosoft services and solutions to potential clients
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team for client discussions
- Perform regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain professional relationships
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-up status, and activities in CRM
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic sales presentations
- Support the team in achieving business development and client acquisition goals
REQUIREMENTS

- Confident and professional while communicating with potential clients

Software Developer Intern (Remote / Work From Home)
Dice Technosoft is looking for a motivated and passionate Software Developer Intern to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience working on real-world software projects.
As a Software Developer Intern, you will collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web applications, software solutions, APIs, and internal systems. You will also assist in implementing new features, fixing technical issues, integrating databases and APIs, and improving application performance.
This internship is ideal for students and freshers who have a strong interest in software development and want practical exposure to modern development technologies, Git-based workflows, databases, APIs, deployment, and production-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications and software solutions
- Write clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable code
- Assist in developing both frontend and backend features
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Identify, debug, and resolve application issues
- Test features before deployment and assist with quality assurance

REQUIREMENTS

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals
- Familiarity with a frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

You will also help identify content opportunities, prepare captions and hashtags, monitor key metrics, and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
This remote internship is ideal for freshers who want hands-on experience in social media marketing and an opportunity to work on real business campaigns.
